What does a Lykoi look like?
The Lykoi's coat is thin and patchy, made of black and white hairs mixed together (roan). The fur is missing around the eyes, nose, muzzle and ears, which creates the werewolf mask. The coat can shed almost completely and grow back, so the same cat can look very different over a year.
Lykoi personality
Lykois are curious, active and often described as dog-like. They bond strongly with their family and like to explore.
How to care for a Lykoi
Skin may need gentle cleaning, and these cats can get cold or sunburned where the fur is thin.
How do I know if my cat is a Lykoi?
A patchy, salt-and-pepper coat with a bare face is very distinctive. A Sphynx is fully hairless and wrinkled, and a Cornish Rex has tight waves.
